# Free fax cover sheet generator and templates

Create a fax cover sheet, preview it, and download or print a PDF without an account. The generator processes cover fields, logos, and attached PDFs in your browser; it does not upload them.

## Cover branding

SingleFax-generated cover pages include SingleFax branding. If your fax already includes your own cover page, or you upload a separate cover file, we add no additional SingleFax branding. Covers made with this generator include that branding even when you add your own logo.

## Fill a cover sheet

1. Choose a purpose: business, medical, legal, IRS, or personal.
2. Enter the recipient's name and fax number, sender details, a callback number or email, and a short subject.
3. Set the total pages including the cover. Choose a confidentiality notice and, optionally, add a PNG or JPEG logo.
4. Download or print the cover PDF. You can also attach a PDF and prepend the cover locally.

## Page counts and sensitive documents

Include the cover in the total shown to the recipient. A cover added separately in the SingleFax send composer is excluded from billed pages. A cover already merged into an uploaded PDF counts as part of that document.

A confidentiality notice is a routing safeguard, not a BAA or a guarantee of HIPAA compliance. Keep sensitive details off the cover. Follow the recipient's instructions when an agency requires a specific cover or barcode page.
