Pay once for a permanent US or Canadian fax number, a published address, not unlimited faxes. Choose lifetime when timing is unknown; send-only is $0.99 and a known reply window is the 30-day number ($4.99).

Incoming faxes after credit: **from $0.99** (up to 10 pages, then about +$0.08/page, cap 100). Starter credit and credit packs pay send or receive and do not expire. Released inbound includes a searchable transcript and key fields. Send is page-based retail from $0.99.

HIPAA Secure eligibility is included at the **$97 / $147** sticker. There is no +$20/mo lifetime HIPAA SKU. You still accept the electronic BAA on the website before uploading PHI. Per-fax send is **$0.99** without a BAA and **$6.50** with HIPAA Secure. Extra inbound after starter credit is from **$0.99**. Company plans are for daily volume and seats, not for unlocking HIPAA. One complimentary number change per rolling 12 months after the 30-day refund window (dashboard). Extra changes are **$9.99**. The old number still receives for 14 days; this is not a port and not unlimited swaps. Extra inbound stays from $0.99 (same page extras as send).

## Number porting and lifetime plans

Lifetime Basic and Pro provide a new number; they do not accept port-ins. To bring an existing eligible US/Canada local number, choose Standard or Business monthly or annual, including HIPAA Secure. Port-in is free and new subscription billing starts after carrier completion and verified fax routing.

An assigned lifetime number can be ported out. Port-out costs **$10 per regular number** or **$150 per vanity number**, paid upfront and fully refunded after confirmed failure or cancellation. Vanity means an 800 area code or four identical trailing digits. The included number change is an inventory swap, separate from porting.
