Before sending your documents
Use a complete PDF when possible. For photos, include all four corners, avoid glare and confirm that small text is readable. Check signatures and required attachments before uploading. Send the recipient’s direct fax number with its country code, then verify the quoted page count and destination before opening checkout.
Sending a message or uploading a file does not complete the fax. Follow the payment link, then wait for the final delivery update. Keep that result alongside your document; it confirms transmission, while agency acceptance and processing remain separate. If you need to reorder pages or prepare a cover, use the web sender.
