Common questions

Domestic base is $0.99 for up to 10 billable pages, then about $0.08 per additional page (cap 100). Destination adjustments may apply; you see the quote before payment.

No. Standard send uses our shared U.S. outbound line. Buy a monthly or lifetime number separately if you need to receive faxes.
Yes. Email actual document attachments to send@fax.delivery with the fax number in the subject. Follow the reply to review the packet and complete checkout. Sending an email does not automatically spend credits or transmit the fax.
Your receive number expires unless you optionally keep it forever with Lifetime Basic $97 or Pro $147. Lifetime still meters extra received faxes from $0.99 (same page extras as send; starter credit included). Monthly plans include received faxes in the page pool.
We retry most sends up to 4 attempts over ~10 hours (immediately, then 1h / 3h / 6h). Busy and no-answer start again at 5 minutes, up to 15 times. Review the pricing FAQ for failed-delivery payment terms.
