Upload your documents, enter the recipient’s verified fax number, inspect the packet and review the quote before checkout. Ordinary one-time sending starts at $0.99 on eligible routes, without an account or subscription. Use the HIPAA workflow and an authorized BAA for organizational PHI.
Upload PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RTF, plain text or supported images, including HEIC. The website accepts up to ten files and 100 document pages; the converted fax must fit the 50MB delivery limit. Email-to-fax accepts up to ten attachments totaling 10MB before conversion. Incoming faxes are PDFs.
Your connection to SingleFax uses HTTPS. For organizational PHI, use the HIPAA web workflow, review its safeguards and have an authorized representative accept the BAA before upload. An ordinary fax, email gateway or confidentiality cover is not automatically a HIPAA workflow. Verify the recipient’s number and follow your organization’s policies.
A one-time send supports up to 100 document pages. Eligible ordinary routes start at $0.99 for up to ten pages, with $0.08 per additional document page. Destination adjustments may apply. A cover generated by SingleFax is excluded from that count; a cover uploaded as part of your PDF counts as a document page.
Email your actual saved attachments to send@fax.delivery, with the destination fax number in the subject. Review the payment link and complete checkout; available credits can cover the charge there. Keep attachments within the gateway limits. This ordinary email gateway is separate from the HIPAA web workflow.
Ordinary sends start at $0.99 on eligible routes. A $4.99 30-day number includes the first received fax; additional received faxes are paid. Continuing plans start at $7.90/month or $79/year. A $97 lifetime number includes starter credit, with additional usage paid. Review the selected product’s allowances and quote.
Eligible US and Canada routes at the domestic rate, plus Puerto Rico, use pay on successful delivery. A failed delivery releases the authorization hold; your bank can take time to reflect that release. Higher-cost US/Canada routes and other destinations charge when dialing begins, including failed attempts. The quote shows the applicable terms.
A free 24-hour US number is available with verified email. You can hold one active number and claim up to three in a rolling 30 days. The allowance is 25 received pages across those claims; excess faxes may be held for paid viewing. It is separate from paid receiving and HIPAA receiving.
Paid receiving products provide searchable text and extracted fields in the dashboard. Free 24-hour numbers offer a Make searchable action. HIPAA Secure transcripts stay in the Secure dashboard after the BAA workflow and are not emailed. Extracted information is assistive; verify it against the received PDF.
A delivered fax cannot be recalled. Confirm the recipient’s number before sending, especially for confidential records. Delivered faxes are not refunded because the destination was wrong. Failed attempts follow the payment terms shown in your quote; eligible pay-on-success routes release the hold.
Delivery can fail when a line is busy, unanswered or unable to accept the document. The service may retry according to the reported failure. Keep the final result and ask the recipient to check their fax before submitting another packet. Eligible pay-on-success routes cost $0 on final failure; other routes retain their dialing charge.
Eligible pay-on-success routes release the authorization hold on failed delivery. Other destinations and higher-cost US/Canada routes retain the dialing charge. Delivered faxes are not refunded.
