Put the Fax Number in the Subject
Set recipient to send@fax.delivery. Type the destination fax number in the subject line (e.g., 415-555-0123 or +14155550123).
Attach Your Documents
Attach up to 10 files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or scanned images). Total size up to 10 MB. We merge and convert to high-fidelity fax.
Send, Review and Pay
Send the email, review the quote and terms in our reply, then complete its payment link. We transmit the fax and email the final result.
Can you email a fax machine?
Yes, through a gateway. Your email sends the attachments to SingleFax; we convert the documents and dial the recipient's fax number. They receive an ordinary fax and do not need your email app or a SingleFax account. A cloud sharing link is not an attachment: download and attach the actual document.

Receive faxes by email
Get a receiving fax number and give it to the sender. Incoming faxes arrive as PDFs in your inbox. A free US number lasts 24 hours with no card; a 30-day number costs $4.99 when you need a longer reply window. A $97 lifetime number includes starter credit rather than unlimited fax traffic. Free receiving requires a verified email and includes 25 inbound pages per rolling 30 days across free claims. Extra faxes may be held for payment to view. A 30-day number includes its first received fax; additional receiving follows its terms. The send@fax.delivery email address handles outgoing documents, not incoming fax calls.

Once delivered, we email you a timestamped carrier delivery receipt confirming transmission code, exact pages sent, and completion timestamp.
